Postdoc Positions in Deep Learning for Image Reconstruction
BISPL is looking for imaging scientists and applied mathematicians who are interested in studying deep learning.
This postdoctoral position includes collaboration with the KAIST Bio-Imaging Signal Processing Laboratory (BISPL, http://bispl.weebly.com) Faculty and students, the physicians of Seoul Asan Medical Center (AMC), and the AI industry to develop deep learning algorithms for image reconstruction and image analysis for computer-assisted PACS systems. It will be based on our previous work on compressed acquisition and depth-learning-based image reconstruction and enhancement technology for the high-resolution and high-sensitivity imaging in x-ray CT, MRI, ultrasounds, DOT, etc.
The position is for at least two years. The candidate should have completed (or almost completed) a doctor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, biomedical engineering, and mathematics focusing on machine learning or related fields such as medical imaging, computer vision, applied mathematics, etc. In particular, experiences in image reconstruction and motivation to learn deep learning are highly desirable. Interested applicants should email Professor Jong Chul Ye at [email protected].
